EVO PROPOSAL

Attached below is the proposal on the behalf of EVO.

Current Summary: 

"The EVO club is still in its early stages of development but very eager to begin. Even though we have just started spreading the word about our club, we have received a great amount of positive feedback and a strong willingness to participate from new club members.  EVO already has the vehicle that will be used in the conversion. However, we do not currently have all the parts needed for the conversion in our possession. Electric vehicle conversions do not need to be overly expensive, there are only a handful of parts that require some initial investment."
